Gift Cards:

Each Gift Basket arrives with a free personlized Gift Card. Please write your message on your order form and sign your name clearly.

Packing Slips and Receipts:

Our shipments are generally gifts - For this reason we do not include receipts or packing slips in our shipments.

Brokerage Fees/ Duties and International Taxes:

Although all gifts are declared at customs as "Gifts", some countries unfortunately still charge brokerage fees/taxes and or duties on the packages. All brokerage fees/taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will appear on the credit card used at the time of puchase as a seperate charge once we have been notified by the courier of the specific amount due. 9-Months Later does not profit from duties charged by the various countries.

Sales Tax:

Nevada orders are charged 8.10% sales tax. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.

Return Checks:

A $30.00 Return Check Fee will be charged in the event of a payment being rejected.

All Feedback received becomes the property of 9-Months Later. 9-Months Later reserve the right to publish it on our site.

Product Substitution:

We try our best to never run out of a specific item, but it can happen. 9-Months Later reserves the right to occasionally substitute individual items shown for others of equal or greater value. We promise that they will be just as cute.

Returns:

Personalized Items cannot be returned unless there has been a spelling error on our side. All other items need to be returned unopened in their original gift wrapping and packaging. A $20 restocking fee will be charged on all items being returned to us for any reason other than an error on our side. If an item has been opened and removed from the original gift packaging then an additonal $6.00 repackaging fee will be subtracted from the refund. Return shipping fees are the expense of the sender/client. If there is a problem with a gift product please email our offices immediately in order to rectify the problem. Sales@9-MonthsLater.com
