Shipping Summary:
All our gifts are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of your confirmed paid order - unless otherwise noted in the individual product descriptions. Orders placed after 11:00am EST on Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please note that in times of high volumes, items may take an additional 24 hours to be shipped.

We use FedEx, USPS and UPS for Domestic shipments and USPS Global Express for International shipment.
Shipping times listed on our site are estimate times provided to us by the individual carriers. We will not be held responsible for delays out of our control at FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service.

9-Months Later is not responsible for shipping delays experienced by couriers due to weather situations/storms and unforeseen disasters. Refunds are not available if the delays are out of our control.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: | (return to top)
All of our gifts are available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Only our Baby Gifts are available for shipping to Canda. All other gifts are for domestic shipping within the USA only!
Please note that although we declare our parcels as "e;Gifts"e; for customs purposes, some countries impose a Customs/Brokerage/Delivery Fee on the parcels. The person ordering the gift for an international destination from 9-Months Later will be responsible for all the duty, taxes and brokerage fees, if any, imposed by the country and or courier. These fees will appear as a seperate charge on the credit card used at the time of purchase once we have been notified of such charges.
Las Vegas Orders: | (return to top)
Although our Head Offices are located in the Las Vegas Valley, not all our gifts are created and shipped from this location. Most baby, sibling and new parent gifts starting with a 9ML product code are created and shipped from our Las Vegas facility, all other gifts ship from one of our other distribution centers located across the USA. Gifts without the 9ML product code take 5-7 days to reach the Valley if shipped via ground service. If the product you are interested in does not have a 9ML product code, we suggest calling our offices to inquire about estimated delivery times. Special request and custome orders can be filled from this location if ordered ahead of time.

Unfortunately multiple orders cannot be bundled for shipment due to the size of the baskets.
Shipping To Hospitals: | (return to top)
We can ship to Hospitals although we strongly recommend that you send your gifts to the new mom & dads home or work. Many Hospitals have a specific time for courier deliveries. If a parcel arrives after their scheduled room delivery time, your parcel remains in the docking area until the following day. Many parcels either go missing or get delivered to the rooms once the patients have been discharged. 9-Months Later is and will not be held responsible for the loss or late delivery of a parcel once it has been delivered to a hospital by our courier. Once a parcel has been delivered to a hospital we cannot be held liable for it's delivery within the hospital. To avoid delays and dissappointment, we strongly recommend that our clients ship to homes and offices rather than to hospitals.
New Parents already have so much to carry when leaving the hospital, it is recommended that we not add to that list with our oversized Gift Baskets and Diaper Cakes.
Avoiding Delays: | (return to top)
In order to avoid delays, we urge you to provide complete street names, apartment #'s, city and zip codes. If the parcel is being mailed to a Company, The Company Name and Department is extremely important for fast and accurate delivery.
We will not be responsible for the delay of a parcel if this information is incomplete or incorrect. An additional shipping charge of $10.00 will apply if we are requested to re-route a parcel or correct a shipping address on the parcel once the parcel has shipped. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned to us or delays in shipping due to an incorrect address or missing address information (Suite numbers) will not be honored.
In the unlikely event of your parcel being denied by the recipient, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be given the option of a refund on your purchase price less applicable shipping & handling charges.
